Coach Annely Thorstad is a Paddle Sports Performance Specialist and life long wilderness and competitive sport paddler from the Quetico-Boundary Waters wilderness area.
She is the Secretary to the Board for the United States Dragon Boat Federation (USDBF), Secretary to the Board for the Canadian Voyageur Brigade Society (CVBS), a member of the Can Am Club Crew Championships Steering Committee (CACCC), and the former two-term Membership Director for the Southeastern Regional Dragon Boat Association (SRDBA) .
Coach Greg Thorstad is an outdoor hunting, fishing and guiding enthusiast from the Kabetogema-Voyageur Park area.
He is a 3-term former President of the International Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Club & Foundation, US Navy Search & Rescue swimmer and High School and Masters level swim coach with over 30 years of combined experience. He offers comprehensive aquatic conditioning.
We are dedicated to bringing health & wellness to paddlers through strength training, nutrition, comprehensive training plans and the cultivation of SISU, a mindset that transforms barriers into possibilities.
